Apricot and Nut Ball Ornaments
Make these delicious apricot and nut bites for edible Christmas tree decor!

- kitchen blender
- cutlery spoon
- mixing bowl
- cling wrap
- string or ribbon
Ingredients
- 1 cup (190 grams) whole dried apricots
- 1/2 cup dry cranberries
- 3/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 3 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Measure apricots, cranberries, cashews, pumpkin seeds and honey into your kitchen blender.
- Pulse the machine until everything has formed a large clump in the blender.
- Dump the mixture into a mixing bowl.
- Form the sticky fruit and nuts into balls that are 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
- Pull out 8 inches of cling wrap and tear off. Cut the length in half.
- Place a ball in the center of the wrap and pull the 4 corners up over the ball.
- Cut a piece of string or ribbon and tightly tie off the cling wrap just above the apricot ball.
- Make a loop with the string or ribbon so you can hang it from the Christmas tree.
- Consume in 4-6 day's time. And enjoy!
