    Hello

I’m very eager to learn about safe cold room storage of foods . What foods are best for cold room storage . How to best place them . Either in containers or not .

Also interested in recipes as well.

      Hi Deborah!
I have written quite a bit about this here on my site. If you go to the labels at the top of my site, you’ll see the PRESERVING category. Just hover over it and a list of options will pop down. I have an entire section dedicated to cold room storage, where I teach you to store onions, garlic, potatoes, squash, pumpkins, carrots, beets, parsnips and more in the cold room. Or you can just click this link and it’ll take you there: https://atraditionallife.com/category/preserving/cold-room-storage/
